Dr. Heyamoto had the honor to work the shot clock when the University of Washington hosted the 2017 Women's First and Second Rounds of the NCAA "March Madness" Tournament.
Dr. Gary was part of the statistical crew for the 2015 NCAA Men's Round 2 and 3 at the Key Arena in Seattle. He determined turnovers, steals, blocked shots and assists for all six games.

He has also operated the Shot Clock for the UW Women's games for over 26 years. Seattle has hosted the PAC-12 Championship games (2012,13,14,15,16,17 seasons) where all 12 schools participated in a four-day 11-game tournament to crown a single champion. The University of Washington Stat Crew (above) has been honored to work the tournament for the last six years.
